I really like the new CLI functionality that lets you set your mobile number as your Skype CLI. Helps to integrate Skype with an existing inbound telephony strategy. Skype presents my Truphone CLI. I guess that is Skype / Truphone integration (James)!

One of the most powerful features of Skype that I use extensively is high quality video - as I travel a lot I now rely on Skype to see my family - we now do children's homework assistance by Skype. One feature that I really appreciate is that my wife finds it much more difficult to be cross when I can make faces at her!

The new UI seems to be more - browserly? with text wrapping, etc. Do you imagine opening up the new UI for third parties to manipulate and extend through plug-ins and APIs?

Firefox 3 released the other day with support for Windows, Mac and Linux. What is Skype doing to make it possible to have concurrent releases on all 3 platforms? We all know that Windows has the largest market share but Mac is making significant in-roads.

Mike - can you comment on where Skype is going with respect to interoperation with other services (like the Iotum/Calliflower conference service)?

Q. The new design seems to help newbies make it through installation and setup to their first call. This should help reduce newbie abandonment. What is the abandonment rate on the old releases? What rate of improvement are you shooting for?

We have heard horror stories about installation of the 4.x beta screwing up peoples configuration - what is the true story here?

FF3 refresh fine here - but did take minutes to load

I am using FF3 on XP and it refreshes fine

Something strange since I installed Firefox 3. My conference call page in Facebook doesn't refresh during the call any more. Anyone else seen this?
