OnState Vritual PBX - What Defines a Voice 2.0 PBX? Conference call organized by Jim Courtney
Agenda
For the past three years OnState has been developing and offering its Virtual Call Center that totally disrupts the economics of call centers to the point where a small business can set up a multi-modal call center for as little as $38 per seat per month with no capital investment.

Using their experience in building OnState Call Center, they have now developed OnState Virtual PBX. Whereas most current "virtual PBX" offerings simply provide a lower cost replacement for legacy PBX's, OnState has mashed up with Skype and GMail to provide a unique offering that not only routes calls but allows you to manage call queues and maintain searchable archives of all your business's conversation activity. But not only is Skype involved, they have made virtual PBX usable with any current calling numbers (PSTN, 800, iNum) and the "extensions" to the PBX can be any Skype contact or PSTN destination. Virtual PBX starts at as little as $15 per seat per month.

Pat Kelly, CEO of OnState, will join us to provide more information and answer your questions.
