I find this whole argument specious. This isn't a policy issue. This is a marketing issue.

You should be able to connect now.

Sorry about that Scott.

I have been trying to dial in to the conference since 12:25. I tried dialing in about once each minute; each time until about 5 minutes ago (at 1:15PM EDT) I got silence (no ring-tone, no busy-tone, nothing). Also, the URLs that were in the email invitation produced no reply either. (And I note that the "alternate number" given is identical to the dial-in number). Finally, at about 1:15, I got the IVR prompt from calliflower that asked me for my PIN, and this web site (i.e. the one I'm typing into now) appeared. Unfortunately, the only thing that followed the announcement that calliflower would "now connect me to the conference" was silence.

What about the multiplicity of video/content sources?

I am calling from a VoIP phone.

Everyone please mute

Sam - are you dialing in with a VoIP line? Skype? Sometimes DTMF doesn't get passed correctly.
|
|
Anyone else having problems dialing in? It will not accept my PIN.

Carl -- recommend that you push the "Presentation Mode" button on the document sharing window. In Collaboration Mode every person can access the document controls, change pages, etc.

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND we’re going to run out of capacity. We can handle overflow by having them dial 218-936-6581 If you are getting a busy signal please use this alternate number.
